District Umpire Mission Statement
The goal of the district is to improve the standard of umpiring throughout the district by providing support, training, and leadership.
Umpire Clinic
Nor Cal Section 5 Umpire Clinic Registration - This clinic is the expansion of the annual District 39 clinic. It will be held at Quito Little League in Los Gatos on February 26th and 27th. 2011 Umpire Clinic Flyer
